How to advance in TVI Express bonus boards Your advancement through the bonus boards of TVI will vary on your performance, in so far as, how long takes you to qualify with 2 new enrollees. The sooner you enroll at least two people, the sooner you will begin to advance to your bonuses. You will not advance until you either personally enroll 2 people, or two people spill to you from another active member. Once you get on a board, the board has to receive at the most 7 additional people to split to the next board cycle. If you do nothing, the next board will place you on the third level. If someone enrolls after you, and enrolls at least one person, they will jump over you the next time the board splits. If you continue to do nothing, you will remain in the same position because those under you, with 1 or 2 personally enrolled members, will jump over you again, again and again. How boards are re-organized after a split. Each board contains 15 positions split among 4 levels. 1 top position, 2 on position 2, 4 on position 3 and 8 on position 4. when a board fills completely, the person in position 1 spills off and receives a bonus. The remaining 14 people are re-organized on to 2 different boards. Those on the left side of the board, are placed on another board arranged in order of number of personal enrollees and positioned from top to bottom and from left to right. Those on the right side of the board are placed on a different board, again arranged in order of number of personal enrollees, and ordered from top to bottom and from left to right. Those members with two personal enrollees are placed on the new board first, followed by those with 1 personal enrollee and finally those with no personal enrollees. Now there are two boards with people in the top 7 positions of each. How you advance through the traveler board. If you enroll 1 person right away, you may land on either level 2 or 3 of the next traveler board. In this example only those with 2 personal enrollees will jump over you. When the board splits again, you will likely remain on the 2nd or 3rd level as people with 2 enrollees continue to jump over you. If you enroll 2 people, you will be placed on the 2nd or 3rd level when the board splits, but anyone added below you will push you upward and not jump over you. When you reach the top level you will spill off at the next board split and you will receive 500.00 This will put you on the 10,000.00 express board. How you advance through the express board. In order to advance on the express board, you must help at least 2 you enrolled to spill off the traveler board. You do this by helping each of them enroll 2 people. Once they BOTH land on the express board, you will begin to advance on that board to the top position. If, at least, 2 of your people do not reach the express board you will not advance. With your two people present on the express board, additional people will spill onto level 4 and push you to the top each time the board splits. It will take 2 to three splits of the express board, after at least two of your people join you there, for you to reach the top. On the next split, you will spill off the board and receive your $15,000.00 bonus and return to the bottom to be pushed to the top again. Remember: You will not begin to advance through the express board another time until your 2 people spill off and re-qualify your position by returning to the bottom of the express board themselves. How to qualify for the residual income commission bonus Once you reach your first $15,000.00 bonus, your residual income commission payments will begin. You will receive a percentage of your total down line volume, (between 5 and 10% based on the number of unique personal enrollees that have spilled off the express board), paid to you as a residual commission on the total volume of your group. Your residual income commission percentage will increase as more of your personally enrolled people attain their express bonuses. Commission percentages increase as unique representatives spill off the express board. No commission increases are earned for a your enrollees spilling off the express board multiple times. How traveler and express boards split You always enter a board at row 4, once row 4 is full, the person at position 1 spills off, advances to their next position, and is paid the appropriate bonus. The splitting board is divided into left and right halves. The 7 people on the left side are moved to a new board filling the 1st, 2nd and 3rd rows. The new board positions are filled from top to bottom and from left to right starting with the most qualified people on your board. First those who had enrolled 2, then those who had enrolled 1 and finally those who had yet to enroll anyone. Then the first 7 people of the right side of the splitting board move to another new board in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level positions. Having a fully qualified user name before any split is important because you want to obtain the highest position possible on the next board. If you have two personally enrolled members on the traveler board, or two personally enrolled members with you on the express board, you would be one of the first to move from the splitting board to one of the higher positions on the next board. In this example, you will likely land on level 2 and have only 2 more board splits to go to your next bonus. If you had only 1 enrollee with you, you would likely land on level 3 and never advance further as members jump your position. How this breaks down: In order to advance on the traveler board, 8 people must enroll after you. These can be enrolled either by yourself, or anyone else on the board. As there are 4 levels, 4 splits (8 x 4 = 32 enrollees) are normally required for you to exit the traveler board. You may jump a level by quickly enrolling two people, or you can take longer than 4 splits by enrolling less than two. In order to advance through the express board, the feeding traveler boards must split 8 times for each single split of the express board. (One person graduates to the express board each time the traveler board splits) That would be expressed as 8 people per traveler split X 8 traveler splits per single express split or 64 people. As with the traveler board, 3 to 4 express board splits would be required for you to spill off and receive your $15,000.00 in bonuses. If for example, it takes four splits to exit the traveler board, 32 people must have been enrolled for this to occur. If it takes 4 splits for you to exit the express board, 64 X 4 = 256 people would have to enroll for this to occur. So from the time you enroll, the least number of total enrollees, joining the traveler board at position 4, to obtain the $10,000.00 bonus, + $5,000.00 travel voucher is: 31 people following you on the traveler board advancing you to the express board. 8 X 8 X 4 or 256 persons feeding from the traveler to express board advancing you to your express bonus. In this example, it would require an approximate total membership volume of 288 members to realistically obtain your first Express level bonus. Once you receive your first Express bonus, you would then return to the bottom of the express board and 256 new members would then be required for the next express board cycle. Once you return to the bottom of the express board, you must re-qualify your user on the express board. Re qualification is accomplished by helping the users that qualified you on the traveler board, to follow you to the express board. It is important to have them following as closely behind you as possible because advancing each level on the express board requires 8 splits of the feeding traveler boards At this point it is important for you to note, there are other members enrolling people throughout this process so your personal enrollment responsibility is: Personally enroll 2, help each of them enroll 2, etc. "YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ENROLL 287 PEOPLE TO RECEIVE YOUR EXPRESS BONUS!" What happens if I WANT to enroll 287 members? What happens if I have to enroll everyone, would that work? Yes you could enroll 287 people thus pushing yourself through the traveler and express boards to your first bonuses, your enrollees would spill onto other members qualifying them to advance and push you forward. In this example you would end up receiving about $52.25 (in cash and travel vouchers) for each person you enrolled ($15,000.00 bonus / 287 = $52.26) What else would enrolling 287 people do? In the above example, seeing as you were personally responsible for the entire volume of the group, you would be entitled to the residual commission bonus (5 to 10%) of the entire volume of the group. This would start at $64,000 x 5% or $3200.00 per subsequent cycle. As more and more of your personally enrolled people reach their express bonuses, your commission percentage increases thus increasing your commission checks eventually reaching $6,400.00 per express bonus cycle. The commission bonus is paid monthly and not each time a board cycles so your actual earned amount is likely to be different than in this simplified example. What about leadership incentives? Hmm, that's right, after 3 of your people graduate from the express board you are awarded with a laptop computer, after 10 a whole family European vacation, after 25 a Mercedes Benz, BMW or Audi automobile, after 50 your own Villa located in the location of your choice and after 100 (remember you personally sponsored 287 in this example) you get a private jet or yacht approximately 100 feet in length. These awards are separate from, and in addition to, any other performance, commission or residual income. Footnotes: Click here to return to http://www.travelventuresgroup.com |
